An Allergy Mama on a Mission

As an allergy mama to an amazing daughter who has over 17 FPIES triggers, navigating allergies was something I never even imagined a year ago, and now I am able to cook anything from scratch and do whatever I can to keep my little girl safe.

When we first received our daughter’s FPIES diagnosis, I felt completely overwhelmed. The list of trigger foods seemed endless, grocery shopping became a two-hour ordeal of reading every single label, and I found myself crying in the kitchen more times than I care to admit. Through countless hours of research, trial and error, and many sleepless nights worrying about reactions, I’ve discovered that cooking from scratch isn’t just possible – it’s empowering.
